由于Document management 服务器端pyftpdlib使用的Utf-8编码，FTP Windows客户端多数使用的是本地编码（GBK），显示中文路径的时候是乱码的，比如常用的CuteFTP。不知如何修改下pyftpdlib，让它支持GBK。一种解决方案是使用FileZilla客户端，这个FTP客户端支持Utf-8编码。另外，vsftpd也是Utf-8编码路径名的。
